  • Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud is the “bread and butter.” The main industry is “selling.”
  • Consultants do not normally travel, but there are other positions associated with Salesforce that may be more conducive to travel.
  • A consultant has potential to be 100% remote.

  • A Degree is not required for some job roles, but some businesses may require one.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Master’s Degree (usually required by top business consulting firms)

  • The ability to turn what you hear into technical requirements (a.k.a. “user stories”)
  • Process mapping – creating a business process map so people can visualize it
